These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the WatchListy application (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you accept these Terms.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms. We may modify them at any time. In case of substantial changes, a notification may be displayed in the application. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is reserved for persons aged 16 and over. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you declare that you use the Service with the agreement of a legal representative.
You remain the owner of your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free and revocable license to host, display and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You guarantee that you have the necessary rights to the published Content.
The Service, its graphic design, logos, code and databases are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or exploitation is prohibited.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We do not endorse their content and assume no responsibility for their practices. Always check their own terms.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee it. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical incidents.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages. We cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, data or usage.
You can delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms or for security reasons.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action. Failing that, the competent courts will be those determined by law.
